Your best ideas come out in customer conversations and project reviews. Turning them into publishable content takes time you may not have.
We turn one focused interview into a month-sized content pack. You review the facts and approve every piece for your channels.
A tangible result
Here’s what the work includes.
Capture an expert conversation and approved source material
Establish a short voice and message brief
Create the agreed article, social posts and newsletter
Arrange the content in a coordinated publishing calendar
Flag factual questions and source gaps
Provide an agreed revision round
Hand over editable files for approval
Define “done” together
Work you can inspect.
We use the interview and agreed sources as the factual foundation. If a claim needs evidence, we flag it for you. We don't create fictional customer stories, invented quotes, unsupported statistics or experiences you haven't described.
Customer names and confidential or identifying details are excluded unless you confirm permission. We also check anonymised stories with you before use.
What you receive and approve
You receive the full editable content pack, a simple source-and-claim check and the publishing calendar. We review consistency of voice, repetition, factual gaps and fit with the agreed audience.
Completion means that the agreed pieces and revision round are delivered and any factual questions are resolved or clearly marked for your decision. The content remains in review until you approve it. This offer does not promise audience growth, engagement or sales.
Scope, price, and what happens next
No guesswork at the handover.
Scope, fee, payment schedule, delivery window and support terms are agreed before work starts.
REVIEW & APPROVAL
Agree the work before it starts.
Your written scope defines deliverables, inputs, approval steps, timing, revisions, and completion checks. Any new requirement is separately agreed. Business outcomes such as revenue, rankings, or fixed time savings are not guaranteed.
COSTS & CONTINUITY
Know what it takes to run.
Tools, usage, source updates, hosting, and monitoring are included only where stated. The proposal identifies ongoing costs and the support window. Additional work needs agreement; monthly capacity is bounded.
The handover documents the agreed access, responsibilities, controls, and known limitations. Ownership and licensing are specified in the written agreement.
Before you decide
A few useful answers.
Will it sound like me?
The interview and approved examples establish the voice. You review the drafts and can correct tone during the agreed revision process.
Do I have to write a brief?
No polished brief is needed. We ask for the intended audience, topic and any important boundaries before the interview.
Will you post it for me?
The standard offer delivers approved-ready files. Publishing requires a separately agreed scope, account access and your explicit approval.
Can you use customer examples?
Yes, when you confirm the facts and permission to use the information. Otherwise we use general or suitably anonymised examples you approve.
Is this a guaranteed month of daily posts?
No. It is the specific content pack agreed with you, arranged across the month. The intended publishing rhythm is agreed upfront.
Can you help with a sensitive or regulated topic?
We can help organise and draft it, but your qualified reviewer must approve professional claims and any required disclosures.
