AI Readiness Quiz

The quiz collects your name, work email, business type, team size, selected bottleneck, tools and consent. Your answers and generated blueprint are saved in this site’s Cloudflare D1 database so PurpleCraft can review your request. A timestamp and consent version are recorded. Quiz submissions are not publicly readable and do not require a ChatGPT account.

Your blueprint is generated from your selected answers using predefined workflow guidance. No external AI provider receives your answers. The result is shown on this site and can be downloaded immediately. Automatic email delivery is not connected, and completing the quiz does not subscribe you to marketing. What the project brief collects

If you choose to save a project brief, the site stores the name, email, business name, selected offer, project description, and timing that you submit, along with a generated reference, creation time, and your Site-scoped ChatGPT user ID.

Use fictional business information for review testing. Do not submit passwords, financial credentials, medical information, customer records, or other sensitive data.

Where it goes

The record is persisted in the Cloudflare D1 database attached to this ChatGPT Site. Sites supplies authentication. The application checks your signed-in identity and only returns briefs associated with that identity. The site owner can administer the database through the hosting platform.

The form does not send email, connect to a CRM, schedule an appointment, take a payment, or enroll you in marketing. No AI model processes the contents of your brief. Interface demos run locally with fictional sample information.

Storage and deletion

Saved briefs remain in the Site database until the site owner removes them or the database is deleted. No automatic retention schedule is configured in this review build. The owner can ask their assistant to remove review records using the Site’s administration tools. If you are reviewing the site with the owner, contact them through the channel they used to share it.

Cookies, analytics, and assets

This application adds no advertising trackers or analytics SDK. Authentication and hosting may use operational cookies or logs under the providers’ own terms. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts; your browser makes those asset requests. The site’s own demo interactions do not send information to an external business service.

Before a public business launch

A verified operator identity and contact route, applicable privacy rights, processor details, transfer arrangements, and an appropriate retention policy must be confirmed before collecting public customer inquiries. This private-review notice is limited to the implementation described above.
